Board of Education Meetings
Fort Recovery Board of Education meetings will start at 6:30 pm.  This time will be set for all regular board meetings through December 2017.  In January times and dates will be set for the 2018 year.
Bullying Report
In a report to the Board of Education for the 2016-17 school year, the Fort Recovery Local Schools have reported two total case of bullying to date. The building level break down is as follows: 0 cases for the high school, 1 case for the middle school, and 1 case for the elementary.

Board Members
Ginny Fortkamp, president, is starting her eighth year of service on the board. Ginny and her husband Paul run a poultry and grain farm and are the parents of five sons. Ginny has been very active in religious education as a catechist for 30 years, with 14 of those years serving as the Director of Religious Education at St. Peter Parish.

Aaron Guggenbiller, vice president, is currently serving his fifth year as a board member. He is a graduate of FRHS and the University of Dayton and is currently employed with Midmark Corporation in human resources. Aaron and his wife, Beth, have four children.

Jose Faller is serving his sixth year as a board member. He and his wife, Stacy, have two sons named William and Leo. Jose is currently the Director of Technology of Cooper Farms.

Mitch Ervin is serving his second year as a board member, He and his wife, Sandy, have five children. He is a graduate of Piqua Central High School. Mitch received his associates degree from Edison State College and his Bachelors from the University of Dayton. Mitch works for Kennametal Inc., as a Senior Applications Engineer.

Mike Grube is in his second year of serving on the board of education.  He is a graduate of FRHS.  Mike and his wife Vicki have three children: Shelly, Holly, and Tyler and eleven grandchildren.  They all live in the Fort Recovery School District.  Mike is retired from Honda.  They keep busy with rental properties and working in their turkey barn.
