Continous Improvement Plan (CIP) is just one of the many ways the Fort Recovery Elementary monitors how well it is preforming. Below are the primary goals followed in the plan:
Goal I: By 2014, all students will pass 100% of state and national content area assessments.
Goal II: Students will demonstrate their preparedness for tomorrow’s world of work by demonstrating their skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and application of technology.
Goal III: All stakeholders (students, staff, parents, and community) will be highly involved in creating a safe, supportive, caring environment.
