CIP Goals

Continous Improvement Plan (CIP) is just one of the many ways the Fort Recovery Elementary monitors how well it is preforming. Below are the primary goals followed in the plan:

I: All students will learn through curriculum that is rich in academic rigor.
II: All students will learn in a safe, supportive, caring environment. 
III: All stakeholders (students, staff, parents, and community) will be highly involved and feel a sense of accountability that value is added for all students.

"Our Mission is to involve all stakeholders in providing a fluid, well integrated, well articulated PK-5 curriculum, embraced in a rich environment where:

1) educators provide for students' varied learning styles and multiple intelligences
2) students are full partners in designing relevant learning experiences
