This is an outstanding site maintained by the US Department of Labor. It contains descriptions of thousands of occupations, what they do, wages, how to get started and employment outlook. I STRONGLY recommend this site.
Success in a New Economy
This is an excellent (9-minute) video that really helps students think about their future career. It reinforces that one should pursue a career that works with their talents and strengths--not just one that looks good on paper.
This is an excellent site for exploring different colleges and careers. Students can narrow down their college search by indicating what they are looking for. Students can also use this site to register for the SAT.

This is the website where seniors can apply for their Federal Student Aid I.D. (formerly FAFSA PIN). All students who plan to file their FAFSA online need to first get their FSA ID at this site. You will need 2 ID's total: one student and one parent.
This is where students and parents can complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. This must be completed to apply for federal student aid. Many Ohio colleges have a priority filing deadline of December 1.
