SPORTS

The JH Boys basketball teams will play Coldwater at home today.  Good Luck teams and coaches!


Attention 7th and 8th graders:  there is a track sign up sheet in the MS office.  Today is the deadline to sign up!

  

Attention all students interested in playing summer youth baseball and softball: Deadline to register is January 31st.  You can turn in forms and money to the office or the Ft. Recovery Village Hall. There are extra forms in the office also.  


The Ft. Recovery Lady Indians Softball team is having an Indians Clothing Fundraiser.   Order forms must be turned into the office by January 29th. All clothes can be seen at McSports in Coldwater.  There is a colored form in the MS Office if you want to see the colors and type of clothing they are selling.


The Fort Recovery K of C will have a free throw contest on Sunday, January 26th at 12 pm at the High School gym for all boys and girls ages 9-14.   Forms will be available at the door and gym will be open at

11:30 for practice.  Trophies will be awarded immediately after the contest.


NOTES

The Fort Recovery Public Library will have Battle of the Books for any 6th grader interested in participating.  Language Arts teachers passed out forms to their classes. There are extra forms in the MS office. All forms must be turned in by Friday, January 24th.

 

The Student Council is having a Valentine “Sweet Treat” sale.  Here is your chance to buy your sweetie, friend or yourself a sweet treat for Valentine’s Day!  You can choose from Peanut Butter M & Ms, Brown sugar Pop-Tarts, Twix, Kit Kat or Starburst. Each of the sweet treats are $1.  Please return all forms and money to the MS office. All orders must be in by Thursday, January 30th. Treats can be picked up during lunch on Friday, February 13th to deliver to yourself or that special someone.


Students are reminded that when you are leaving school for an appointment or other reason, you must have a note from your parents. This also applies to students leaving at 3 pm.   Please bring to the office in the morning.
