Any current 8th grade girl interested in playing volleyball next school year needs to meet in Mr. Guggenbiller’s room right after announcements today. He will pass out summer schedules.

TODAY, the JH Track team will have their first home track meet against St. Henry, Parkway and New Knoxville. Good Luck track teams!

The Ft. Recovery Youth Sports Organization is looking for boys and girls interested in umpiring baseball and softball games. This is open to students in grades 7 thru 12. There will be a meeting Sunday, April 9th at 3 pm in the Student Activity Center in the Community Room. Come learn about the FRYSO Umpiring Program. No experience is necessary. There are flyers in the office if you are interested.

NOTES

The Academic Booster club is having a pork chop dinner on Thursday, April 20th from 4-6 pm (carry out ONLY). Meals are $8 each which include a pork chop, baked potato, applesauce and roll. It will be catered by 2 Willy’s BBQ. Dinners can be picked up at preschool/kindergarten entrance of Ft. Recovery Elementary School. You can purchase tickets in any of the school offices.

This is a reminder about student leave forms. Students will need one filled out prior to taking off school for vacations, trips, weddings, concerts, family gatherings, etc. Please stop by the office to pick up a form. You will need to have each of your teachers fill out the homework section and sign. Parents must fill out and sign the front side. Then turn into the office and Mr. Stahl sign before leaving on your vacation. If not approved prior to your trip, you will receive “zeros” in your class and not be allowed to make up the work. The absence will be considered unexcused also.
