Sports Physical information was handed out on Tuesday. If you did not get a packet, there are more in the office. You

cannot have your physical completed before June 1 st . The physical form is located in Final Forms,

https://fortrecovery-oh.finalforms.com . Have your parents log in and print off your physical form. Physicals are

Wednesday, June 19 th from 6-8 pm in the SAC. Cost is $15.00.

There will be an 8 th grade boys’ basketball meeting today at 11:45 am in the MS office.

Girls interested in playing basketball next school year should have received a letter from head coach Gann yesterday

during 8 th period. If you did not, please stop in the office and see Mrs. Hartings.

Attention current 8 th graders: if you are interested in participating in Indoor track and field, there is a sign-up sheet in

the office. This is a club sport not a school sanctioned sport.

June Newsletters went home Tuesday along with 2019-2020 Middle School Supply list and the 2019-2020 district

calendar. All items are located at the www.fortrecoverylocalschools.org website.

STOP BY THE LOST AND FOUND located outside the middle school office on the coat rack. There’s a chance

something might belong to you!

Please make sure you are taking care of all the end of the year obligations which includes: library books returned,

book fees, lunch money owed and any other outstanding fees for classes.

Arts in the Parks summer catalogs are in the office if you are interested. For information, please stop by the office for

a catalog.
