Please Call Sara Moorman at 419-375-2768 between 3/13/17 and 3/24/17 to register your child for PS Screenings.
PS Screenings are not State required. If you do not have concerns about your child development you do not need to have them screened. Also if your child is already on an IEP your child does not need to be screened. Please call 419-375-2768 with questions.
