Online Preschool Registration InformationWelcome to your Preschool Registration site for the 2020-21
preschool year. Even though our current school year is not going as planned we
are excited to start the process of your child attending our preschool! Please
read over the following agenda before starting the registration process.

After reading over the above agenda, please email Mrs. Diller
at [email protected] or call
her at 419-375-4131 and leave a voice mail. Mrs. Diller will then send you the
link to register and mail you the forms needed to get your child registered for
preschool for next fall.
An enrollment form, physical form, and other pertinent
information will be mailed to parents of enrolled students. This mailing will
explain what needs to be returned to the preschool staff along with copies of
your child’s certified Birth Certificate, Immunization Record and Social
Security Card unless the preschool already has your copies from last
year.

Your child will need a preschool well-child check-up. Physicals
cannot be dated any earlier than 6 months before the start of school in
September and are good for one year from date signed by the physician. The
completed physical can be turned in at the open house this fall. We recommend
not scheduling your child’s physical before June 1st.

Preschool tuition is based on the total gross household income.
The monthly tuition is established over the summer by our local school board.
Reduced tuition is available for family whose income is less than 200% of the
poverty guidelines. Please review the following income guidelines to determine
if you would like more information about our reduced tuition program.

you have any questions regarding our preschool or your child's readiness for
preschool. Children must be 3 years of age by June 1st and potty
trained. Students from other school districts are welcome if
slots are available.
