Don Wendel, President is serving his sixth year as a board member. He and his wife, Brenda, have two daughters, Hope and Faith. He is a graduate of Fort Recovery Local Schools and Wright State University and is currently the Distribution Manager at Cooper Farms.

Sean Kahlig, Vice President is serving in his fourth year as a board member. Sean and his wife, Sarah, have two children, Mackenzie and Hailey, who are both students at Fort Recovery Elementary School. Sean is a graduate of Fort Recovery Local Schools and of the University of Dayton. Sean is currently employed at J&M Manufacturing, Inc. where he works as an engineering manager in the R&D department.

Mitch Fullenkamp is in his second year of serving on the board of education. Mitch is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Wright State University. Greg LeFevre, is serving in his sixth year during his second term on the board of education, previously serving on the board from 2018-2021. Greg is a 1990 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and 1994 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He currently owns and runs The Raymath Company in Troy, OH. Greg and his wife, Toni (Hickerson), have four children, Isaac, Joscie, Reece and Camden.
Nick Wehrkamp, is in his eighth year of serving on the board of education. Nick is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Wright State University. He is currently employed at Midmark Corporation. Nick and his wife, Kristy, have four children, Makayla, Kendall, Alayna and Lexi.
