Welcome to Fort Recovery High School

"Better Today Than You Were Yesterday. Better Tomorrow Than You Were Today.”

I hope that this information finds you well and gives you a glimpse into the great things happening here at FRHS. Our high encompasses grades 9-12 and currently has approximately 280 students total in those grades.  We strive to provide an education that is equitable to all students, and we work hard to achieve constant improvement.  As our school motto states, "Better Today Thank You Were Yesterday, Better Tomorrow Than You Were Today."

As a school, we work hard to instill the three R's amongst our students and staff: Relationships, Relevance, and Rigor. Education because meaningful to students when it is personalized to fit their individual needs, and by providing a curriculum that is relevant and rigorous we are able to do just that. Relevance and rigor only are attained though through strong relationship building. A school is most successful when all stakeholders play a role in the education of the students.  This includes the students themselves, parents, families, teachers, building staff, administration, school board, and the community.  We are lucky to live in a community where we have the support of all of these stakeholders, and the relationships built among them create a strong foundation for high-quality education.

If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns please contact me via phone or email.
