Welcome to Fort Recovery High School

"Better Today Than You Were Yesterday. Better Tomorrow Than You Were Today.”

It is an honor and privilege to welcome you to our Fort Recovery High School page on our district website.  We are proud to be able to have a place where you are able to attain information about our   school.

Fort Recovery is a community that is rich in tradition and takes pride in their school. The community has a population of approximately 1,430 people.   The high school houses approximately 300 students in grades 9-12 on a yearly basis. The school takes great pride in its academic and athletic excellence.

The Fort Recovery High School continues to maintain high expectations both academically and socially for all students.  In our high school we are proud of our staff and student accomplishments.  This did not happen by accident.  The accomplishments of our staff and students are directly attributed to their commitment to a core set of values that we refer to as “The Indian Way”.   Value 1 - Power of the Tribe. As a district, we want everyone in our buildings to show respect, communicate properly, and to bring others along. We believe that to reach our highest potential, we need to do it together.  Value 2 - Passion to Grow. We want staff and students to embrace the journey they are on, to accept the challenges that lie before them, and to be coachable in all they do. By doing these things, staff and students will be able to maximize their potential.  Value 3 - Own It. By standing up and owning our individual attitudes, efforts, and choices we will all become the best version of ourselves.

We hope that you enjoy visiting our website and please reach out to us if you have any further questions regarding Fort Recovery High School.
